AiM Lab · Analyze. Integrate. Master.

You train hard. You do everything right. So why does the same thing keep going wrong?

Your scans came back unremarkable. You're told it won't get better — it's just normal aging. But you know it's not. You're probably right: it's usually a pattern no one has measured yet — an imbalance too subtle to see or feel by hand, but not too subtle to measure. AiM Lab finds it, then won't clear you until your own numbers prove it.

Why it keeps coming back

It's not in your head. It's in how you load.

Here's what's often actually happening. To protect an old ache, your body quietly changed how it shares the work — offloading one side, recruiting the wrong muscles, shifting the path of force. Train on that for months and your brain stops flagging it. The compensation becomes your normal.

A scan shows normal aging changes, and it photographs you lying perfectly still. It can't see what happens the moment you sprint, cut, throw, or load. That gap, between what a static image shows and what your body actually does under demand, is where the answer has been hiding.

The evidence

An "abnormal" imaging finding doesn't mean that's your problem.

Take people with no back pain at all, and scan them anyway. A large share have findings that look alarming on paper — bulging, degenerating discs — and it climbs every decade:

30%40%50%60% In their 20s30s40s50s

So a scan can show "damage" in someone who feels completely fine — and still miss why someone in pain actually hurts. The picture isn't the answer. How your body loads, fires, and fatigues under real demand — that's the answer.

What a scan can't show you

We show you what's wrong. Not tell you.

A scan shows your body's structure — bones, tissue, tears. It can't show how your body works: that your left leg is weaker, or that your hip gives out a split second too late when you load it. That gap never shows up on a scan — and it's often the exact reason you keep breaking down.

The eye

Hands-on physio screen

What a sports physiotherapist sees and feels in how your body actually moves.

The numbers

Lab-grade sensors

How much force you produce, how fast and powerfully you move, how you hold up as you tire, and how well you control it.

A hands-on read tells us a lot — but on its own it's still a judgment call. The numbers make it objective. Together they show you the difference between what you feel your body is doing and what it's actually doing — connecting those two is exactly what AiM Lab does.

See it for yourself

Want to feel it yourself? Try one.

Stand barefoot on your uninjured leg, hands on hips, get steady, then close your eyes. If you're suddenly hunting for balance — gripping the floor, wobbling, lifting your hands, putting the other foot down within a few seconds — note it. Now compare the other side.

A difference doesn't diagnose anything. But it tells you your two sides aren't loading the same — and that's the kind of thing worth measuring properly.

The core of the program

You don't return on hope. You return on precision.

A quick fix is fast because it skips the part that matters.

Real change is earned—built over weeks by giving your body manageable, data-driven targets to hit safely over time.

AiM Lab is a guided, minimum 8-week framework designed around your body's specific thresholds—showing you exactly what your mechanics are doing under load.

How a benchmark milestone works
  • At the end of every phase, we analyze specific mobility, force, and biometric numbers set during your assessment.
  • You progress to the next level of demand only when your body proves it has safely met that phase's target.
  • If the numbers aren't there yet, we don't guess. We locate the gap, adjust the strategy, and keep building safely toward your sport's real demands.
You earn the gate. You're not waved through it.

The assessment

2 hours, 20+ performance and biometric tests built around your sport. This is where we find the gaps.

Gate · re-test to pass

Correct it, then re-test. Hit the target and you move up.

Gate · re-test to pass

Build on it, then re-test. Earn the next level.

Final gate · earn your clearance

Earn your clearance — your numbers prove your body can handle everything your sport demands.

A gate protects you twice
  • You're never cleared too early. We won't let you load something your body can't handle yet — exactly how athletes get sent back, re-injure, and lose months.
  • You're never wasting weeks. If you're compensating — guarding a side, loading wrong — the re-test, a mini-assessment, catches it immediately and we correct your plan that week, instead of letting you grind through work that isn't fixing the problem.
What that takes — and what you get
  • A 2-hour assessment — 20+ performance and biometric tests built around your sport.
  • Your program, designed around your data — a plan made for you, not pulled off a shelf.
  • Three 45-minute one-on-one sessions — one through each gate: coaching, then re-testing.
  • Check-in messages — so you're never guessing between sessions.
  • Ongoing email through every gate — exercise changes and corrections as your body responds.
One expert, start to finish.
You're investing in yourself, not in a set number of sessions.
By the time you're cleared, you're not hoping you're ready. You put in the work, the re-tests prove it — you know.

AiM Lab is physiotherapy — assessment, measurement, and a guided corrective program. It isn't a hands-on, manual-treatment package; if you need that kind of treatment along the way, that's a separate appointment, and Mohammad will tell you plainly if and when that's the case.

Before you book

Questions, answered.

Do I need to be injured to join?

No. AiM Lab is for any athlete who wants real data and a guided path — coming back from injury, stuck at a plateau, chasing a recurring problem, or just wanting to know exactly where your body stands.

Do I have to stop training?

No. AiM Lab works around your training, not against it. We swap the junk-volume warm-ups and guesswork for targeted work built from your own results — so you keep moving while we fix what's actually holding you back.

What happens after I apply?

You fill out a short application, we have a quick call to make sure AiM Lab is the right fit, then we book your assessment.

What does "you don't move up until you pass" mean?

At the end of each phase, we re-analyze the specific biometric and force metrics established during your baseline. If your body has safely met that phase's targets, you progress to the next level of training demand. If your numbers are not quite there, we don't guess—we adapt your custom plan to focus on the remaining gaps. You progress based on objective data-driven milestones, ensuring your body is truly ready to handle the load.

What if I'm not improving?

That's exactly what the gates are for. A missed target tells us what to change — direction, exercises, load — so we adjust instead of pushing the same plan and hoping.

How fast do I get my results?

Your full Performance Report is delivered within 48 business hours of your session.

Is this covered by insurance?

Yes — AiM Lab is physiotherapy, delivered by a registered physiotherapist, so it's claimable through any extended health plan that covers physiotherapy. You'll receive standard physiotherapy receipts with Mohammad's registration number to submit to your insurer — how much comes back depends on your individual plan.

Is there a referral benefit?

Yes. Refer a like-minded athlete — a weekend warrior, a recreational runner, someone who'd get it — and when they join, your end-of-program full re-test is on us.

What are the weekly check-ins?

Between sessions you'll get a short check-in message each week — how training felt, what's changed, any flare-ups. Mohammad reads every one personally and adjusts your plan from your replies. It's how you stay guided without needing to be in the clinic every week.

Do I get hands-on treatment too?

No — and that's by design. AiM Lab is a guided program: we measure how your body actually moves, show you what's driving the problem, and coach you through the work — so you come out understanding your own body. It isn't a hands-on treatment package. If it turns out you need clinical treatment, that's a separate appointment, and Mohammad will tell you plainly if and when that's the case.

Who actually runs it?

Mohammad — a registered physiotherapist with 10+ years of experience. One expert, start to finish.
