Root-cause care vs. chasing symptoms

Most clinics treat the spot that hurts. We look at the kinetic chain—how your whole body moves under load. That’s how we find the why, not just the where.

When we understand the driver, we can load tissues the right way so they remodel, tolerate more, and stay strong between visits.

What makes MVMT Kinetic different

Treat the root cause, not just the symptom.

One-on-one care

Your full slot with a Registered Physiotherapist—no hand-offs, no juggling multiple patients.

Hands-on + exercise

Manual therapy to calm what’s sensitive; targeted loading to change tissue long-term. You leave with 2–3 exercises and clear sets/reps.

Education you can use

Body-specific education: your triggers, your calmers, and the cues to trust. You’ll know exactly what to do between visits and when to progress.

Data when it matters

Need more precision? Our AIM Lab testing quantifies strength, symmetry, balance, and movement efficiency so decisions aren’t guesswork.

Expert care built around you: your health, your recovery, your long-term movement.

Take the First Step Towards freedom to move

From pain to performance.

The MVMT Kinetic Way

Hands-on approach

You will experience hands-on joint mobilization, soft tissue release, nerve release. We utilize a wide range of manual techniques to help regain range of motion, reduce pain and recorrect imbalances to build strength.

Dry Needling

A modern treatment for muscular pain relief. It involves inserting fine, stainless steel needles into trigger points—tight muscle areas—without injecting fluid, hence 'dry.' Also known as intramuscular stimulation, it targets muscle tension to promote healing and improve mobility. The technique helps release knots and relieve pain or spasms.

Active Recovery

As we address your body's imbalances, we tailor exercise's that are designed to meet your specific needs, helping to increase your resilience to the demands of daily life.

Acupuncture

Improving blood flow and reducing pain by influencing neurological pathways and releasing natural pain inhibitors.  Blocked energy flow can cause pain or illness, and acupuncture aims to restore health by unblocking these pathways.
